At Fallsview Arts, our art classes, workshops, and studio programs run in structured multi-week sessions throughout the year. This page lists the current session schedule along with any studio holidays.

Located in Brewster, New York—just one mile north of Croton Falls, Fallsview Arts offers painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed-media classes for students across Putnam County, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley region.

Our sessions are designed to provide a consistent learning environment where students can develop artistic skills over time while working alongside a creative studio community.

How Art Class Sessions Work

Most weekly classes at Fallsview Arts run between 6 and 9 weeks, depending on the course format. Each session provides students with the opportunity to:

  • Develop foundational skills in drawing, painting, and sculpture

  • Work on longer projects across multiple weeks

  • Receive personalized instruction and critique

  • Build a consistent studio practice

Shorter formats may also be offered throughout the year, including:

  • One-day or multi-day art workshops

  • Weekend intensives

  • Mini-sessions and specialty classes

  • Open studio sessions

Studio Holidays & Closures

Fallsview Arts follows a limited holiday schedule to allow students and instructors time with family while maintaining consistent programming throughout the year.

When a scheduled class falls on a studio holiday or weather closure, make-up classes may be scheduled at the end of the session or offered in a comparable class when space is available.

Students are encouraged to review this page at the start of each session so they are aware of any holiday adjustments or rescheduled dates.
