Painting & Drawing – All Levels at Fallsview Arts is a flexible, skill-building studio class where beginners, returning artists, and experienced creators learn together in a calm, personalized environment. Each student receives one-on-one instruction tailored to their individual goals—whether they’re learning the fundamentals of drawing, exploring a new painting medium, or refining advanced techniques.

Work at your own pace on personal projects while developing core artistic skills: line, value, color, composition, shading, perspective, brushwork, and creative problem-solving. The class blends structured foundations with the freedom to grow in your chosen direction, supported by professional fine artists with decades of teaching experience in Westchester, Putnam, and the Hudson Valley.

You’ll have access to a beautifully lit studio near the historic Croton River mill building, complete with professional easels, custom worktables, and an inspiring creative atmosphere. Students can explore graphite, charcoal, ink, acrylics, oils, watercolor, gouache, and mixed media while receiving tailored feedback every session.

This class is ideal for absolute beginners, returning artists, teens and adults building a weekly creative routine, and advanced students pursuing personal projects or portfolio development. No pressure, no intimidation—just steady, supported growth in drawing and painting.

The focus is always on nurturing your individual style while helping you understand the visual language needed to grow as an artist.
