These sessions are open to adults and experienced teens who want dedicated time to improve gesture, proportion, anatomy, and observational skills through direct study of the human form.

What to Expect in Each Session

Each session features a thoughtfully planned sequence of poses, typically beginning with shorter warm-up gestures before progressing to longer sustained poses. Artists are encouraged to work at their own pace using the materials of their choice, including graphite, charcoal, conté, ink, pastel, watercolor, or digital tablets. Easels, chairs, stools and professional studio lighting are provided.
